End-of-Life Planning

Gain peace of mind by creating an end-of-life plan for a natural death.

Benefits of holistic end-of-life planning

  • greater understanding of the process of dying naturally, so you are less likely to end up in the hospital

  • less anxiety and fear around death

  • more energy to live fully and enjoy time with those you love

Whether you know your time is limited, or you are proactively planning for a natural death, I’m here to help you

  • identify (and complete, when possible) the paperwork needed for allowing your natural death when your time comes

  • create a holistic end-of-life plan that is in alignment with your values and beliefs

  • facilitate conversations with your family and friends, so they are aware of your wishes and can participate in your end-of-life care

Our family and Mom are confident in the process and plan Liz has helped us create and are so thankful for the peace it has brought us. Thank you again, Liz.

The Process

First visit — 90+ minutes

Through an in-depth conversation about your unique situation, values, and beliefs, we will identify the medical and non-medical care you would like to receive before, during, and after your death. This can include planning a home funeral, if you wish. I will suggest ‘next steps’ and refer you to people who can complete any necessary paperwork that we can’t do together. If more than one session is needed, we will arrange it at no additional cost.

After our visit

I will compile your holistic end-of-life plan into an easy-to-read document and email it to you for review. We can chat about any changes or clarifications you would like to make.

If you would like, we will arrange a family facilitation meeting to introduce your plan to friends and family (hourly rate applies).
